By using SG GroundCheck’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

We provide site observation and business verification services in Singapore for overseas clients. Each verification includes:

• Physical site visit

• Visual documentation (photos/videos)

• Operational summary

• Basic business registry extraction (where applicable)
  
  

All findings are compiled into a final PDF report.

2. No Guarantees

We provide factual, neutral observations based on what is visible and accessible during the visit. We do not guarantee the legitimacy, financial health, or future conduct of any business.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or Stripe. As services are customized and time-sensitive, all sales are final and non-refundable once initiated.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information (e.g. company name, address)

• Ensuring payment is completed

• Using the verification results at your own discretion
  
  

5. Confidentiality

All data you submit will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of conducting your requested check.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of our reports or services. Our role is observational, not advisory or investigative.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new terms.
